(knife held to throat with the palm up = kick and arm lock)
-Your attacker holds the knife against the left side of your throat with his right hand (palm up). His left hand is on your right shoulder.
-Bring both hands up, and then quickly grab the wrist of the weapon hand with both of your hands.
-Slide your right leg outward as you push the blade away from your neck to the left; maintain a firm grip on the arm.
-Right front snap kick to groin.
-Step your right leg back and around, spinning to the outside of your attacker’s body while turning his arm, while keeping the attacker’s arm under your left arm.
-Break the elbow against your ribs. Yell!
-Remove the weapon if it’s safe to do so, otherwise, get out to a safe distance with your guards up.
