How to flat grind a knife on a work rest without a jig. The blade is ground up to 600 grit then hand sanded to the final finish.

Do you happen to have a full video on this? Are you just running the knife flat to the grinder every time or are you adding any “tilt” into / away from the platten?
You are doing some impressive work. I've made a few and you are putting out some nice ones.
I noticed you did that a little different than I do. You didn't cus or throw anything and start over LOL
