    It is very limited without a training partner, sure you can practice techniques solo all day long without a partner. But if you don't have a partner, you will never learn the different ways to apply the techniques and their principles, especially with it comes to reacting against resistance. There's also more then just a good chance that you will most likely develop bad habits in your movements without a partner to point them out.
    However, I live outside the box in that I believe solo training is just as important as training with a partner. I actually believe that you need both forms of training rather then one or the other for your training to be "complete". Just my opinion based off of practical experience.
