The school of Visayan Style Corto Kadena Eskrima, Master Greg Manalo and Master Jay Pugao demonstrates the Moro and Sikaran Flow at the Philippine Independence Day in Oakland on June 28, 2015.

Within the pendulum flow, the “Sikaran”, an ancient art of the footwork/ foot fighting of the Filipino Martial Arts refined Maestro Sonny Umpad is utilized by the players. The “Moro” is a unique style of footwork practiced my the Muslim practitioners of the southern Philippines that has also influenced this style
