Your one cute girl 😉
You're going to tear your rotator cuff with that elbow. You may want to move your arm first and then your body. The body will power the strike when it's behind, not if it's in front. Don't get your face closer to his attack. Also, you may want to hit with the point of your elbow angled in such a way that you do not hit your funny bone. The "sweet spot" you're talking about is not where you think it is. Give it a shot and see what you think.
Yeah im impress with your boxing skills, there are lots of martial arts that don't use emphasis on punching range. I been boxing since 16 to 22 I just expanded to kicking range. I taken some jkd classes for a brief moment and I love it, but its kind of confusing the way its been taught. I want to learn one one thing at a time. Once I have kicking down I want to come back to jkd.
Wow is all I can say.
@syphen888 interesting
@julianandnayara What are you so mad about? I know two 17 year old girls that could knock the wind out of a grown man at oh, say about 180 lbs.
@kifighting Nice tan addy
@dawnninjawolf oh, that doen't sound good dude, what does that mean?
Ha, I bet she would rough somebody up though! She clearly knows something, Look at those bows she is throwing!
you woulnd believe what humans can do if they fight for life
She's got a lot fo upperbody strength. you can tell.
Thanks for the clarification
If you notice, it's not a lean but a pivot with the right foot to open up the hips for more power. A boxer will never leave their punches out long enough to have them pulled.

Can't the mechanics of those punches (the lean especially) lend you to possibly being pulled by the opponent?
Thank you. I train to hit with power, accuracy and intent. There is no other reason to train.
Respectfully,
