This is a top 20 favorite of mine with one issue.
The absaloutely dumb traction coating that retards the cutting ability and allows the company to use fewer finishing steps on the blade while still charging a premium.
What I actually discovered under the emery cloth coating might actually prevent me from ever buying another Tops knife, which really is too bad.
