“That’ll never work,” is another way of saying that you’re not willing to practice it until you don’t have to think about it. Show us your techniques, hero.

I’m sure that works for you. But, I spent my lunch hour grappling trained guys who are smaller than me (ii am 6’1” 220 lbs meathead) and when they start out with a big advantage like that, it’s not as simple as break the wrist and walk away. Vice versa, when I start out with a disadvantage against someone smaller than me, but with 3-5 years of training, the guy is able to keep me pinned for the most part. No one is getting loose like that, grabbing a wrist lock and having that much control immediately. A trained, fit guy closer to my size can turn the tables eventually even with him starting in a disadvantaged position. But not that fast.

If someone like me has a knife to the back of someone else’s neck and has him pinned like that, this is not going to work.

Anyone with any live training experience knows how difficult it is to accurately apply any technique.
