Fred Mastro walks us through a series of self-defense technique options that can be used based on the situation.
Sometimes the best option is the strike the attacker, while other times the best option is to create space and draw a weapon or run away.
In addition, pay close attention to the economy of motion that Fred uses. He is smooth and fast, making him movements very efficient. We call this “Economy of Motion”

Hello everybody this video is not easy it's very excellent motion
What online haters fail to recognize is this guy is not teaching UFC, kickboxing, or judo. This is basic mechanics and principles of motion in a controlled environment. It gives you a foundation to start with and then you build on it. You need to crawl before you can walk. A bar fight does not start with two people squaring off ready to hone their jujitsu skills. I think you fat asses need to get off the keyboard, move out of grandma's basement and join a gym lol. Good job Fred I liked the video. Haters gonna hate keep it real
En una pelea callejera ese lujo lo sirve
Some elements are useful and look like adaptations from aikido,
Some of them are ridiculous and can't see them being effective in real life situation same as aikido without alterations
Fred Maestro, he's not a fighter, he's an actor. Teaching these techniques without any real efficiency. Only lay people are impressed with this type of display. I challenge Fred Maestro to try to do this to me.
