As a survival knife obviously no. I wonder what was this blade designed for? Was it designed as an actual fighting blade or combat knife? How well could it actually slash with that blade shape? It looks like it could stab. Is that what that back edge is for? To help the blade not get stuck or do extra damage when pulling it back out? It looks wicked enough.

Combat Against..Knife, Or.. Baton/Stick/Pipe/Bat.. Etc.. (I Would use.. In collaboration With Tactical Baton for Non-Lethal Response.. If advisable) ! Reach, Visual Detourance, Reaches Arteries in Legs, Arms, Heart, Organs, Ligaments.. Etc..! If you are Trying.. to Save..Lives.. Why..Anything Less !? ALL YOU ARMCHAIR WARRIORS..SHUT UP

Been playing with and training with knives for 32 years… this knife is the only knife I’m scared to play with. I have owned it for 6 months now and don’t carry it daily yet. I made a training blade… I’m sure if you ever actually needed to pull it on a person they would either fall over dead from fright or give you their girlfriend and man card and beg for their life

well as far as carrying it around i don't think i would it's a little extreme but a krambit has many non lethal options to stop someone and it looks really fancy when you do

neat to look at but as far removed from what a karambit should be as anything i have seen…its fun but no real practical use.

They say a karambit should be felt not seen. Not much chance of that happening with that monster. Its ridiculous!

IMO the only carry option for a knife this large and uniquely-shaped is outside the waistband, open carry. If the S ever HTF, you would have this thing on your weak side while your high-capacity handgun was strong side and both your hands were on your M-4.

It's to big and heavy if it was 4inch in the blade then yeah but this thing is just a ugly monster.

I carry it IWB as its designed. You can not do any Karambit tricks with. That being said this is an amazing knife I love it. It goes perfectly with my fighting style of Krav Maga with Muay Thai and Silat moves.
If you truly know how to knife fight then this is a devastating weapon in your hands and a must buy.

I don't like it at all. Way too big for a Karambit, imo. Not to say it won't be devastating, but for technique, no.
