A karambit will definitely cut better against clothing and flesh vs a traditional blade of the same blade length and maybe even longer lengths simply because of its shape. A regular straight blade will slash while a karambit basically stabs and hooks in as it slashes resulting in a deeper transfer of force. Sounds all good but you gotta remember that a blade with a hook edge has got to be one of the hardest things to sharpen.

My 479 doesn't have a problem with bottles of water or boxes. Only with street scum. It does work. Train first.

i cut my self with one of these and i was like "shit" and my younger cousin was crying and screaming saying "omg omg omg omg your bleeding AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!" and i was like its just a cut but next thing you know it i was passed out on the floor with blood gushing out of my hand and my cousin was crying and saying "HES GANNA DIEEEEEEEE!!!!!" hightlight of my year.
