A really great video and it tool me about the same number of years to come to a similar reflection and conclusion.
And it took me another 5 years to understand how important at least a basic political interest is.

Beautifully done video. As a former negative Nancy where everything sucked especially if it was popular it took me years to come to terms with this. I enjoy life so much more now. It was a Stray From the Path song “Negative and Violent” that finally clicked my brain into being more open to everything and it’s allowed me to live a much more fulfilling life.

A lot of people whether they know it or not eventually get to a fork in the road about openess to experiences. Some people stick with being a creature of habit and others start to see there's a whole of world of things out there. I like to relate a lot of things to food since it's easier for most people to understand. You basically kept eating the same things your entire life and various new experiences that opened you up (new ways to enjoy food you thought you didn't like) made you realize there are many more things you can enjoy out there. Glad to see another person's world getting bigger for them. Enjoy the journey and new experiences!
