I know a gunsmith who also sharpens edge weapons as well,(since I'm left handed)this knife is perfect for edc.

The belt clip is just a touch bulky, I wear cc back right pocket (where I'd reach for my wallet if need be) I'd reccomend this knife purely for stabbing/artery work. Slashing will do you no good

That's because you're pulling it the wrong way. Made to use in the ice pick grip

I have this knife and I love it. I can carry it through the sheath and I have used to clip inside the pants with the clip over the belt. I am able to pull the knife out. Also he has the sheath backwards. When deploying in the knife in a self-defense situation you want to be able to pull and use in one fluid motion.

How would it be carried upside down on the belt?

    I practice jkd.
this is my every day carry.
I do carry on my left, as ambidexterity is fundamental to jkd.
This is a very close combat weapon. Jeet kune do literally means the way of the intercepting fist so this weapon is deadly effecient in this context.
This knife requires a lot of training and understanding to be effective.
to the novice or untrained this will be more of a detriment if it ever comes down to it.
this knife is great for everyday utility actually.
just likes cats claw, you wouldn't believe the number of times this thing will come in handy.
I paracorded the handle by the way.
This being a fixed blade is paramount to it's effectiveness and utility and the compact size is perfect for intercepting and attacking targets.
You never want to throw your karambit away.
it is a bit intimidating on the belt. With a long shirt it's nearly invisible.
