Hey Tomas, EXCELLENT REVIEW! Great analysis of many different aspects of this blade. I purchased the LionSteel L.E. One with black handle/black blade – very cool. I love the desgn, the blade steel, the Emerson wave, and especially the integral handle with the smooth transition into the over-sized retention ring. I really dislike karambits with small retention rings that you have to squeeze your index finger into. The only thing I DISLIKE about the L.E. One is closing the blade – especially one-handed closing. At least on the one I bought, the lock bar is too stiff, and it has a 2-step "double-clutch" you have to push the blade through past the lock bar to close it. It can definitely be closed 1-handed, but it's not smooth or easy, and definitely not at all "fidgety" – more like clunky. I guess fast deployment is much more important for a karambit if it's primary use is self-defense, and the L.E. One DOES have excellent deployment with 3 different methods one can use. I'm still glad I bought it, but I feel this issue with the closing difficulty is really a drag that LionSteel should have worked out in the design phase.
