That forward finger groove is gonna be a hot spot. Should've mellowed it out a bit, other than that, not a bad design. The type of steel amd quality of heat treat determines if it's a quality blade or not.
A usable karambit shape that wont gut me is someone huglocks me from behind. Thats art my friend.
