A Push and Pull workout it great if you’re saving time, and looking for a good session to just blast some larger muscle groups. Push Pull often times works muscles in tandem when in traditional style workout splits isolate these muscles groups.
In this video you’ll see Coach Chris and Ace working an upper body push/pull which activates the biceps and back for the pull aspect, and triceps and chest for the push aspect.
