SHAME SHAME SHAME on your Channel for disseminating this BS. This is dojo bullshido and you know it. ANYONE who has done any karate, hapkido, JJ, BJJ, MMA , Muay thai for even a year knows that when used against a resisting opponent these choreographed techniques do not work.
