Out of all my years of training, the best thing about the moves that you actually learn is that you do them with the other person reacting as well. Practice is about making sure the move is as quick as possible. This guy doesn’t move, it’s essentially like doing it in a dummy.
Ad. Very.This would not work against a noncooperative, resisting, aggressive opponent. Too flashy. Takes too long. Assumesa willing, slow, possibly even enamored assailant. Do a martial arts is fake video. It's your kinda thing and less likely that you'll be morally responsible when a rogue gets injured.
