Hey Joe! It’s great to see you again. I was a big fan when you on the Discovery channel.. lookin great dude
Thanks guys i won't forget I'm 41
I’m 65 and I’m just an old beat up former Cold War straight leg, non ranger infantry officer. I’m still extremely busted up from my time in service. I walk with a cane about 75% of the time these days. I wish you guys would do some cane defense videos. I’m retired. I’m working with the physical therapist at the VA just to keep my posture correct! I see the VA Chiropractor, too. It’s tough for me to just walk a hundred meters these days. With cane and emotional support dog! I had a little helicopter mishap myself in 1983, that I’m still getting treatment for. I’m not whining here, just being realistic. Getting old ain’t for pussies.
Joe doesn't look 55 .
im 66 and can't breath how do get back to fit ?
