Foam Crafting a Trench Knife KarambitKnives, com
Time to crawl out from Fallout and arm ourselves with an epic blade from the Wasteland, the Trench Knife from Fallout 3. For this build, I used: 10 mm EVA, 6mm, 4 mm, and 2 mm What the Foam from Cosplay Apprentice, 1/2 inch EVA dowels, thick wire (I used fencing wire), contact cement, hot glue, spray adhesive, super glue, Plasti Dip, rub n buff, Metal Lustre’s wax paint, and some Plaid FX acrylic paints. You may also need the following tools: a heat gun, a wood burner, a Dremel with various bits, and an Xacto knife or box cutter. Hey coach Hannah it's been awhile
Love this one. Such a quick build. Love the technique of putting the points on the dowel and then cutting to length. Smart.
Completely badass, Thomas! You make these things look so easy and fun. Another awesome thing I can add to my wall to impress my nerd friends. Thanks, big guy!
