Here are some examples of Swiss ball exercises that can be done at any age.
I am in my mid sixties so anyone younger than me can do these easily. I’m sure I can do these into my 80s and beyond so nothing too difficult here.

Its just a soft ball but the exercises can be dangerous. This is not a training video and these exercises are just examples of what can easily be done with a bit of training.
Here is a couple of safety tips. If you are using a swiss ball for the first time, you will fall of it! make sure you have a clear area for falls without hitting anything on the way down. Make sure you don’t compress your back. You need a strong core to ensure you prevent compression of your back.
