I was just playing assassins creed 3 I must say Connor does not fight like that at all but its actually better because I actually see Connor blocking the blade with his arm. as for takedowns I haven't really seen any in the game

This would actually work if your enemy is nice enough to let go of his weapon when you are attempting to grab it or if his strikes would stop midswing or if he would not block or parry your attacks or if he is a softie and his attacks are so weak that you could catch it without his fist or weapon penetrating your open fist.(seriously that hurts)
These are good techniques if your enemy meets all requirements mentioned above
What martial arts does Conner use

What is a strike you know whenever you are unarming before you punkcher the hand to take the enemies weapon

You did really good man on this I mean But I've been doing Brazilian jiu-jitsu and Muay Thai awhile and other martial arts for about a year but experience is the best teacher and practice but you seem like a guy who knows what ur doing not throwing it out there halfway
The guy who asks if u can see Edwards fighting style it's the exact same as Connor and the why would u want to see a video on how to stun enemies but hitting there ears all u have to do is open ur hands up like a karate chop and smack them in the ears with ur palm towards the ears
just a sayin' that connor doesnt fight like that first part at all he wouldnt flip him he would more injur him that that
