A shoplifter stealing washing detergent… I mean stealing is bad, even more so when armed with a knife but c'mon man that's a poor individual tryna not smell like a homeless person.
Brave man…
Respect and Thank You officer
Top bloke
A guy who is shoplifting from poundland is in need of serious help….
What will all the brown bashing non-white hating lot say about this then
Outstanding. Brave and articulate. A role model if ever there was one.
Respect – an amazing police officer, a credit to his force and community
So sad to resort to such dangerous lengths for so little gain.
Well done you, however looking back I presume you have a family think of the consequences that might have happened. That being said you should be proud of yourself.
Will pound land and other stores brief their staff not to chase or challenge people with knives or any weapons. YOU HAVE A DUTY OF CARE FOR YOUR STAFF
Useless not showing the disarm
So you can arrest shoplifters? Does California know this?
Totally unnecessary risk of injury by this LEO, indicates his lack of training as to his forces 'response guidelines', nevermind his lack of simple common sense ! The likelihood of the perp's ultimate apprehension was almost certain, especially with cctv/smartphone video evidence being very likely available ? Typical wannabee 'cop-tv-watcher', with a badge !
Blue line gang badge
Sound slike a good policeofficer.. However, it is stupid to go after a shoplifter with a knife.. its not worth it!
If only the U.S. had knife wielding, instead of gun toting, criminals to deal with.
What selfless bravery shown by this police officer….. great respect for you….. even off duty, you were on duty …Bravo!!
What a bloke.
The constable is very brave indeed. Personally I would not risk my life for a bunch of essential items from a supermarket that are easily replaceable, unlike my body parts. It's about principle? Respectable. But alas, at times even those seem far-fetched to me, compared to the sad reality of destitution.
Very good. And very woke. Thanks
respect to this officer
