It looks like the second and third screws in that JDVD were switched during a reassembly. Hes usually pretty good with head seating and thread depth.

Manix LW scales are not FRN, but FRCP which has quite a different feel. Nitpicking? I guess so, and I realize everybody just calls it FRN anyway, but if you're presenting these items for sale and want to describe them accurately?…Happy 4th, Rob!
