    this is the most usefuL wing chun Lesson i have ever had, my LiL bro Likes to do Low kicks when we fight, i Like to box but i had no defense against kicks especiaLLy Low ones, integrating this with my boxing wiLL be pretty sweet, it mabey weird but sweet

    @tabletennis4 : In Wing tsun all defenses are slightly slower attacks. all type of blocks are attacks to limbs or attacks on the slow side that intercept a limb or joint instead of the main body. If you chain punch and always drive for the center and kick always on center you're attacks will block for you. Be RELAXED and do FOOT WORK CORRECTLY and keep the CENTER PRINCIPLE and FORWARD ENERGY. Blast them first, fast and don't stop till they are done. Don't exchange or anticipate blows. 🙂

    the trouble i have is if someone actually tries to hit me my reactions are to slow and they have already hit me before i can defend myself, can anyone advise me on how to increase my reaction time?
