It's funny, cause no one fights like that and then willingly lets you take them down… in a real fight you'd prob be slapped the face a few times, and if you manage to take them down, they will either be fighting back or trying to get away!

Even though I have fighting experience it seems like I can't go full force. I know at full force I could do a crap ton of damage but am I justified in using all my strength even if the man is much weaker than I am? Or shouldnI use restraint like my trainer taught me?

HEY NICK YOU SHOULD CHECK OUT AN OLD FIGHT BETWEEN PEDRO MARTINEZ VS DON ZIMMER (Yankees vs red sox)……IT WAS A GREAT TAKE DOWN……I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR YOUR OPINION ON THAT TAKE DOWN

I tried using all these in a fight , is not very effeicent especially the one where u have to pick the other one up since my opponent are usually bigger then me so picking them up is harder, I found the easier take down in a street fight though , use 1 arm to choke their throats then pull them to the ground using body weight , always works for me

Just a hint . Do your homework to be able to carry someone that way . I am sure many are watching this video thinking they can apply this move while they no nothing about squats . You need to be lifting heavy weights in the gym before trying any technique
