solo training 5 move basic knife drill

In a real life altercation, there will be force and aggression, so it’s important to have tactics to deal with a person who is going to be on you like a bulldog.

This drill is for an attacker who does not have a knife. Correct? I love the movement and flow. We however were taught to stay behind the knife and to set up cavity thrusts after slashes much like Israel Special Opps. Thank you for the video.

This video was so clear to my 70 year old mind. Been practicing with BOB and enjoying the drill.
This is my first comment on any of your videos. Good job. Hope to be in Cebu in Jan 2013 practicing stick and knife drills. Regards, Timmberman

Awesome! Thank you, Brother! 🙂 I was wondering on this concept myself awhile back and the best thing I could come up with is to just go to my "home style" (judo/jujitsu) but in this type of situation it may not be the best option because it can lock up my knife hand.. Going to train this one too! 🙂
