   I practiced a variation of this years ago, in which both of you have each the extrem of a single stick over your open hands, and move while trying to avoid the stick from falling (so you have to maintain distance and angle). You cant do it the same way if you do a more ''jumping'' footwork, but for a more ''soft'' style of footwork, works nice.

   Hey Nick, good video as always. Could you do a video that addresses a situation at night, when it's hard to see. For example, how to fight in darkness. Vision is something we take for granted in self-defense.
