Just for consideration. I practice FMA, I've done some Brazilian Jujitsu through the Army, and I do agree with the multiple attacker question. With that said, I also am a big believer in having a ground game so you know how to control or defend enough to break contact quickly, or to utilize other tools. There is no range or aspect of combat that we can afford to neglect because circumstances can adversely affect anyone. Just my two cents though, much respect for your efforts!
