    This drill actually works quite well with beginning students. The trick is simply to lower the intensity level and take out striking and joint locks. for beginners it is important to make it non-competitive and focus on relaxation not strength and muscle tension.

    Can you suggest some smaller drills one could use to build this drill up to the proficiency shown in the clip?
