This is right on the money, it doesnt matter how strong you are or maybe you take classes but the moment you doubt yourself its over, your strength is gone and your brain "forgot " the skills your learned.
Dont be afraid of losing or getting hit, you cant dodge life forever.

This may sound a little off topic, but it actually relates to the overall theme of this video. I was at my stepdaughter's softball game last night and there was one little girl who always swung late. I couldn't figure it out at first. I mean, the pitches were not that fast. Then I found out that she was having doubts about her skills at batting. This caused her reaction time to be off. The same principal applies to self-defense and fighting in general. One second of hesitation makes all the difference in the world.

My bouncer friends told me they hated to deal with combative women, who nearly always scar your face when they fight. I asked a SWAT officer I trained with how to deal with a woman in a fight when she is attacking you. He said, you never want to fight a woman, the legal outcome is that you are usually going to be held liable and charged. Truth be told, I don't care if you are man, woman youth, or old, if I realize you are putting my life in danger and I have no escape, it is game on and I am going home, because I will do whatever it takes to ensure I survive.

Hey Nick, i love our videos. Can you do a video on how to train at home alone? Would be very helpful, because i have been to fight clubs before but the trainers there are teaching just bullshit. Thank you in advance. Keep it up.

Make sure you can sprint fast and run away..that is the best…Or else you will get in a lot of trouble..if we were still in the wild west, then i would just say gun down the attacker..but we ain't.

I like the train of thought, but try to be a bit more responsible as most of your viewers will be young people looking to learn ways to defend themselves from bullies.
Not a good idea to con them into running head first into a street fight! at the same time rubbing there red shoes together saying 'there's no place like home, there's no place like home', Dorothy in the real world would fly home to Kansas with a boot up her ass, you feel me.
