    very open and sincere talk. I´m 37 and like you, my training has evolved a lot, knee issues, shoulder problems, you name it. So one can´t train like in our early 20´s. It doesn´t mean I don´t train hard, I push myself to the limit, but now my limits are diferent, and I know them very well. Got rid off ego long ago, now I train hard but smart. Thanks Mr Drossos

    Question 2 everyone: I´m not violent, but some drug dealer guy is at our house for homeless people all day and he´s known to have street fights. So what is the best self defense or fight stragedy if some aggressive big mouth bully guy is standing directly in front of you and enjoying it to have a big mouth at your face? If its a punch – at what facial area? Mouth? Nose? Or the side? Ears? Or should I just take his head and smash it into the table? He also starts to go on females, young ones and older ones. He wants to sleep with them and everything. The girls are afraid and told me about him. He also told me today that he is almost so far to freak out with his aggressions. I´m not afraid. I just want to know if its ok if I´m allowed to throw him over the table and smash his head into the table after that and if its allowed to throw him down the stairs after all? Or are there better ways to beat the shit out of this violent guy?
