    Hey Matt; This is what that guy was attempting to do with my knife that I recently sent you to 'repair', simply because he didn't know how to do it correctly; consequently he marred much of the upper surface as you saw! Needless to say; he won't touch that (or any other) knife of mine again!

    Cool, never saw anyone use a creek stone to sharpen a knife. Here I am spending big money on Arkansas, coticules, washitas and waterstones. How would I tell what would be a good stone? Luck?
