A priceless jewel of information. Why did I wait so long to view this? Sunday driving through life and never achieving terminal velocity. Gotta start with the PT again. How'd you get so smart at such an young age? Billy Badass. I've known guys like you, nice smile….eyes of a killer. Thank God you are one of the good guys.

Great video. I train with airsoft 3 days a week for 20 minutes going through all kinds of scenarios. I even have my wife shoot at me when I come out from cover to get in target. It's fun but also shows me how easy it is to get shot. I have failed many times.

You link 3 aspects of life; professional, personal, martial. Are you saying that a poor choice in profession can have a detrimental affect on the personal and martial aspects of a person's life as well as how a person will respond under pressure?

EXCELLENT EXCELLENT VIDEO.  I would add to this for anyone reading.. if your having trouble with motivation – one thing I believe helps is to write down goals and break them down into specific tasks the best you can. Don't worry about doing the right things perfectly.. just do the right things.  And also write down pit falls in your behavior and thinking that you know of or become aware of. Its important to know our limitations and weaknesses. Finally, write down specific behavior or attitudes you want to exhibit. basically telling yourself "this is what I will think".. "this is what I will do". And you have to review this stuff DAILY. Every day. You will affect and change your thinking over time if you do this. Remember how our brain works with thinking and neurons. You will slowly change your thinking if you review over time.

This is the best video I've seen by far! Not only about firearms and tactics but on overall life and well being. I was a big boy (5'6 300+ Wide not tall) and now a year later I'm 210 pounds and still loosing. And not only has my martial performance increased but my life as a whole! Thx Billy great video

Good video Billy. You guys don't need expensive gym memberships. Warm-up and stretch a few minutes, few sets of push-ups, crunches, squats with dumbbells or just bodyweight, shoulder presses, pull-ups/chin-ups, and planks, cool-down stretches. Go walk in your neighborhood for 30-60 minutes 4-5 days a week too. You'll get to know some of your neighbors too. Once you reach a comfortable level of fitness, try some jogging too. A few dumbbells and a cheap doorway pull-up bar is all you need. And the big one, quit eating crap food! Or at least not all the time.

I am a newb that is looking for a place to start. I have limited funds, three essential firearms, and a desire to learn. What can I do besides dry firing at home and plinking at the range to further my firearm education, without spending hundreds of dollars on schools that I cant afford right now, but really would love to attend one day.

Billy, I have been a subscriber from the beginning. I enjoy watching your videos; your training has inspired me. You are doing a fantastic job explaining different aspects of being a total warrior. My plan is to start fresh and win! Awesome videos keep up the good work!

This video is spot on, couldn't agree more. You are by far the most logical and motivational individual i've found on Youtube. Can't wait to see what else is coming down the line. Keep up the great work.

Excellent video sir! Without physical fitness I feel like both my mind and body are weak. I'm currently icing my knee after an hour plus of weights and crossfit at the gym, a three mile walk to enjoy the fading day, and thirty minutes of shotgun dry practice today. If I can make the time, you folks can too!
