    I’m making this target tomorrow, but totally didn’t listen to the 2×4 part. I had mine cut at 32” so they stick out :(.
    I told my myself that’s it’s my first target.
    Instead of painting the targets; I bought paper targets for shooting, but they a good for knives I think.

    Thanks for the great vid. In fact your vid's is what gave me the confidence to setup a throwing area in my basement. It has been 30+ years since I last did throwing and it has been fun to get back into it.

    I do have a question for you – I have seen some people recommend starters to use cardboard or pizza boxes to start with; and others recommend a wood based targets. What would you recommend?

    Personally, I'm appalled at the violence directed at those innocent, furry, little critters on your shelf. Shame on you… Shame! I also got a kick out of the little hops to pick up the knives at 4:01 and 4:10. 🙂
