Good video LT. Been doing this stuff for over thirty years. Been telling Deps/Officers for years the downside of both high and low hand methods, and developed some pretty good tactics I teach now in So Cal for both. Palms together method behind the back is real popular now. Not a fan, gives the suspect too much strength and cannot control. Suspect has three dimensions he can move in; height, width, and depth. You need to control at least two at all times. Developed  a restraint method for low hands behind the back, and hands behind the head that are solid.

    Keep at it sir

I use hands behind the head style handcuffing and recently had a student try this in a class, but did not see this as being an issue. You could place them on their knees, but we all know that doesn't normally happen with everyday arrest.
