    Johnny fricken Lacoste! Cob cob always feels so awkward to me. Nice to see it done properly on youtube for once. So many just convert it to standard broken strikes. Paul, is cob cob more of an attribute builder or is there some application that I am not seeing? Specifically, for stick or sword…I can see empty hands(tight hooks and upper cuts) and knife(quick thrusts and snap cuts) in closer ranges. I always forget to ask my instructor. Nice Job guys!

    I first got into martial arts last year. Because i want to be a Soldier and on that time i watched a news that terrorist and even the young terrorist are also training martial arts so thats why i train this kali and i will teach the kali in my future squads. I dont let the darkness will dominate and i want to be the one of those who are protecting innocent people….
