    Wow… so you have a third black belt degree and can't even kick right? You missed twice the guy's knee and almost felt when finishing the exercise. It is great you show people things to save their lives, but please, practice the routines before filming

    Chemin, This is A LOT BETTER!! But there is still a much simpler way!! As far as the softening technique, the knee would be better. The foot stomp rarely works. And Bethli, if you are lifted off of the ground into a bear hug you can still kick to the knee. It is just that when that happens most people panic and just squirm. But if you are lifted off of the ground you can also hit the hip bone. But there is a better technique that requires a lot less effort. You are right about that.

    nice..but unless the attacker is a 95 year old man on crutches you should rather advice you students to cry for help as loudly as they can :-)))) than practising those techniques that can never propperly work..sorry..:-)
