A vicious knife style no doubt, but I don't think your opponent will stand like a statue while your doing drills. Also, any combat (with or without a knife) is not static, but very asymmetrical with flailing punches, kicks, etc. I do like the strikes you showed at the beginning, but disarming an opponent that has a knife… Not so much.
Don't you get in trouble for teaching this stuff when someone gets hurt?
